EX INFERIS, COSMOGON is the answer to a strong belief in and a perennial need for pure handmade Rock and Metal. Steven Elkington from Thrash-Metal Act ABSTRACT RAPTURE joined the Band and fills it all with his tight Bass playing. First live show 28th January 2012 in Kulturfabrik Esch at Desdemonias 15th Anniversary Festival.

QUENTIN LAGONZA was formed in December 2005 by Josh pon Guitar & Serge on Bass. The line-up was completed with vocalist Joé & Tom on drums. They played in former bands such as Tvesla, Nerveuze & Bogislaus

The guitars are perfectly sharpened, the bass is humming, the drums are ringing out and numbers thunder against an impressive wall of sound. Rough, coarse and slightly unsavoury, their rock removes the dust from everything in its path! It’s music for all those who are in for some heavy 60ies & 70ies rock with lots of groove and vintage stage antics.

In 2006 they recorded an eponymous five track demo with "Mr. Yvil" from local rock band JOHN MCASSKILL that was released in June 2006 & sold out in July 2007. The band recorded several other songs for different samplers & compilations and played numerous shows in Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium.

In late 2007 they spent endless hours in the rehearsal room working on new ideas. In early 2008 they took some time off to hit “Studio D” in Folschette (Luxembourg) to record their debut album with Yves Ditsch. The final mix was done by Charel Stolz. The eponymous long player featuring 10 brand new songs was released in Luxembourg on November 14th 2008 & Germany on January 22th.

In march 2010 Serge decided to leave the band and move to Tasmania... He was replaced by Gilles Glesener in April the same year.

With over 80 shows in Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany under their belts, live appearances on festivals such as Rock um Knuedler, Fête de la Musique, Food For Yours Senses, Rock'et, D'Schéier Rockt, Little Woodstock and supporting the likes of ROMA 79 (USA), RIDDLE OF STEEL (USA), THE DATSUNS (NZ), WOLFMOTHER (AU) & MOTÖRHEAD (UK) keep a good lookout for Quentin Lagonza.

Hey folks,

on May 18th we finally started with the recording sessions for our second longplayer! Of course it's way to early to publish too much information... So far we started recording the drums. One song is left and it will be recorded this thursday.

We decided to record and produce the upcoming album at our dirty rehearsal room in Berchem...oldschool... All songs are being engineered by "de Fuuss"....we decided to record them live to capture the whole vibe & energy!

So far it's sounding great!! One thing's for sure: it will be the most uncommercial and dark sounding album in the history of the band.

Jim Urbain joined the session tonight to take some pictures that you can see below.
