Today I’m in the business of feelin good and as so many people enjoyed volume 1,  here goes another….

Katalist is a native of Detroit and in an ode to the city's rich cultural heritage, has found a way to creatively and seamlessly weave in many different styles of music into his sets, including funk, hip hop, disco house, techno, ghetto tech and electro.  He is one of the driving forces behind the successful label and event organizers, Bangtech 12, known universally for the epic (and free) pre-Movement kick off event they hold at Bookies in Detroit.  Katlist has been on the decks for over 25+ years honing his craft, cutting his teeth as a DJ for Burton Snowboards early on and as a recording engineer at Disc.  He has held residencies across Detroit and continues to partner with Bookies and Goodnight Gracies for regular events.  When he isn't playing live, you can catch him on Twitch every Sunday from 12-2 for Sunday Brunch. Perennial Favourite w/ Jamie Thomson - Radio Buena Vida 19.04.24

I have been trying to attempt the perfect transition between 2 records for over 25 years and
one day I hopefully will get there but until then,  welcome to my Boucherie where we specialise in the exclusive currency of Global Electronic Soul. 

I managed Vinyl Frontier Records in Woking, Surrey for the best part of a decade living, breathing
and generally loving repetitive beats.  I have been fortunate enough to grace the platters at lots of different clubs,  events and festivals up and down the country and Europe.  I co ran the legendary night "Shuffle" (which may come back one day).  I won the coveted "bedroom bedlam" mixtape award for Muzik magazine, residencies at the Cross, The Pool , Piranah's and 333 in London and was awarded the Percy Thrower Lifetime achievement award for services to the green plant.  I have played at Glastonbury, The Big Chill, Kimberley amongst others and more recenly a regular fixture at the Give ! festival for House of Honey.   These day's I can be found deep in stock pots working culinary magic for all kinds of people,  however you may still catch me behind the platters (that matter) as much as I can.
I love music with warmth,  sincerity and emotion however it comes and still relish the opportunity 
to share my sounds manually through the medium we know as Vinyl. As long as it's available I will 
continue to support it,  everything about it just works and I believe it helps strengthen our beloved scene.
