Born and raised in New York, Nickke Cooper was only 12 years old when he got his start in the music industry; working on the weekends as a roadie for his uncle who owned a very small entertainment company. While all of Coopers friends were home playing Xbox or staring into Myspace he was making money. It wasn't long before he realized that it wasn't about the money or even his uncle that kept him working, it was the music! Within a year Cooper was learning how to DJ for a dance club.

Throughout high school Cooper had picked up numerous jobs in an effort to make more money that would support his music habit. Not one of those jobs left Cooper feeling satisfied so one by one he would get a job and then quit, but he didn't quit because he was lazy or had no drive, but because he didn't want to get stuck with just a regular job. Cooper knew that being his own boss was the only way for him to have control over his life, career and ultimately achieve his goal, to be happy.

Cooper loves the way music, especially Electronic Dance Music, has the power to bring people together creating an unmatched kind of energy that now runs through his blood and is reciprocated each time he plays for a crowd. 

With DJ'ing techniques he had mastered over the last 4 years Cooper had some knowledge on how Electronic Music was formatted and created and so it was decided that the next logical step was to become a producer. With many friends in the industry it wasn't long before Cooper was able to obtain a copy of Logic from a well known Producer (DJ Sizzahandz), and started to learn the program by sitting and teaching himself how to produce a record. Cooper's love of mixing Electronic Dance Music keeps his mind full of the latest records and sounds of todays ever so evolving music, giving him inspiration to create quality records like his heros. Cooper now dreams of touring the world with his music and creating an energy that can be reciprocated until the end of time, and it's just the beginning!

Getting his name from his past as an avid competitive gamer, FlakkMC took up mastering the art of making and mixing music in the Spring of 2011, marking his journey in showcasing unconventional uses of controllers and arcade buttons. With roots in Electro House, his style takes audiences on a unique journey through music every time, spanning several genres.
