Hey!  It's me... saying hello from Oakland, California!  This is a collection of music that I've obtained over the last few months (or longer).  The songs clearly belong to the same category of music, of which sub-genre of house I don't know the name of (please chime in). Based on the artists & labels, I would call it that Dirtybird/Green Velvet sound - bass centric, deep & techy, male vocals, minimal breakdowns, etc.

Mixed live with minimal edits, in key(ish) and without the sync feature on a Pioneer XDJ-RX and Yamaha HS5 monitors.  124-125 BPM.

Hello friends! Whew - what a year, huh? 

Well as you may or may not already know, I moved to Reno, Nevada at the beginning of 2020 to work my first nurse job. We all know how 2020's been going. Aside from work, I've mostly stayed at home, done a few DJ livestreams and absolutely zero live gigs. The DJ side of my 22-year career has pretty much come to a standstill, but I've been lucky enough to be able to spend my spare time on music production which has been very rewarding. 

Regardless of this year's conditions, I was more than happy when I was invited to play on one of Reno's local radio stations, 101.3 FM Biggest Little Radio. This set was aired on Sunday, December 6, 2020. It's a mix of tech house, funky house & bass house. It is my first and only recorded set of 2020, so please enjoy!
