Depeche Mode have been at the forefront of remix culture for the best part of three decades and this new compilation includes classic mixes from M83, UNKLE, Trentemøller, François Kervorkian and Dan The Automator, alongside all-new mixes from Stargate, Eric Prydz, Karlsson & Winnberg (from Miike Snow) and Röyksopp. In addition to this, the expanded editions include exclusive remixes by former band members Vince Clarke and Alan Wilder - the first time either artist has remixed tracks for their former colleagues.

Právě dozrávají švestky, tak bych ráda udělala trochu pořádku ve špendlících, mirabelkách a myrobalánech. Tyhle žluté kuličky si totiž většina lidí plete a ani o tom neví..

Tak především: Většina "špendlíků" a "mirabelek" jsou ve skutečnosti úplně jiné stromy - myrobalány.

👉 Myrobalánů (jinak také slivoň myrobalán, slivoň třešňová) je všude spousta, protože se používá jako podnož a velmi rád zplaňuje. Jak ho poznáte? Má kulatý plod, různou barvu (žlutou, do zelena, červenou...) a hlavně jde špatně od pecky. Právě myrobalánu většina lidí mylně říká mirabelka nebo špendlík.

👉 Mirabelka - I ta ma kulaté plody jako myrobalán. Snadno ji ale odlišíte, protože jde dobře od pecky a chutná sladce. Zatímco myrobalán jde do kysela, mirabelka ne. V krajině ji potkáte jen zřídka.

👉 Špendlík - To je taková malá žlutá švestka. Má oválný tvar, od pecky se odděluje dobře a právě teď v polovině srpna dozrává. Na 99 % ho ale neuvidíte. Skutečných špendlíků je v krajině jen pár, protože je zlikvidovala šarka. Já vím na Moravě jen o několika místech, kde roste.

Takže jak je poznat?

✅ Myrobalán - kulatý, do kysela a jde špatně od pecky
✅ Mirabelka - kulatá, sladká a od pecky jde dobře
✅ Špendlík - oválný a jde dobře od pecky

Tak snad už máte jasno a až potkáte skutečný špendlík, pořádně si ho užijete. 💛
