Barry Harris was the first club DJ in the world to write, produce and perform a Worldwide Top 5 hit; “I Beg Your Pardon” by an act he named Kon Kan.

“I Beg Your Pardon”, became an international Top 5 hit around the world, garnering a Juno Award (Canadian Grammy) for Best Dance Recording in 1990.

In 1998 Barry relocated to Los Angeles to mastermind the remix team Thunderpuss producing more than 40 #1 Billboard Dance remixes including hits for major label recording artists Madonna, Britney Spears, Whitney Houston, Jennifer Lopez, Cher, Mary J. Blige, Celine Dion & Donna Summer to name a few.

Barry is best known for Whitney Houston’s Top 5 global hit, “It’s Not Right But It’s Okay” which remains in steady rotation today as well as "Dive In The Pool (Let's Get Soakin' Wet). 
Also winner of 2 IDMA Awards best remixer of the year at WMC and another IDMA Award for Best Underground Dance Record of the Year.

Biography:

Angelo Scalici’s career began as an open format DJ in 2005, performing in various night clubs in New York City. Angelo’s interest for music was influenced at a young age by European folk songs and his love for percussion. 

It is no question that Angelo’s passion for music depends on big room funky sounds, including genres such as Techno, Deep, Tech and Soulful House. His pure talent and unique rhythm continue to have him featured on artist charts, record pools and radio stations, while he remains consistent in serving out fresh, funky tunes to keep you grooving on the dance floor. 

Currently Angelo is releasing with labels such as Zero Urban Records, Housesession, Gotham Grooves, Night Beat Records, Dirty Music, Check-In Recordings, Tumbata, Jango Music, Red Eleven and many more. He has gained support from artists such as Alex Kenji, Vlada Assanin, Fatima Hajji, DJ Dan & Umek, being featured in their podcasts and live sets.
