This one's not a jazz track, but I can't get it out of my head right now.
Recently re-released on Colemine Records, by The Flying Stars Of Brooklyn NY.
I've extended the intro and far too short break, and added a few tweaks to increase the playing time.
Also had to add some wise words from Herbie Hancock at the beginning to get round the copyright filter.

My God Has A Telephone (Skalpel Jazz Edit)

This arrangement is on my Illuminati Orchestra TERRAPIN cd, a large-scale (75 players total) reworking of the Dead's "Terrapin Station" album. 
"Estimated Prophet" is a great Bob Weir tune that the Grateful Dead turned into an epic piece of sonic theater and improv in their many performances of it. 
This version features the legendary IKE WILLIS, longtime guitarist/vocalist in Frank Zappa's bands, with backup vocals by Grammy-nominated CATHERINE RUSSELL and others.
