KUDA & THE CLUB HEADS' is Ase Manual's second release of 2024. This EP takes us on a whimsically dark, sultry yet funky journey. The Brooklyn based electronic artist Ase Manual is known for their captivating, soul-driven take on club music.

Through his elegant productions, heartfelt performances and influential sound coming out of his hometown Newark New Jersey, Ase has steadily delivered radical composition rooted in his musical upbringing and personal experiences. Repeatedly showing an ability to use their electronic works to not only light up dance floors but server as radically captivating bodies of work.

‘KUDA’ sees 7 tracks each as mysteriously inviting as the furry globe on the cover leads on to be. Intoxicating melodies, ass shaking drums and the Jersey Club chops we love from Ase Manual.

The scope of Ase’s art extends beyond solely the audio components of his work, handling all the art direction for his pieces. His distinct artistic aesthetics have also helped him step into scoring video campaigns and film. He provided sounds for a number of campaigns including Beyonce’s Ivy Park, Dapper Dan and King Combs for New Balance. Manual has also stepped to providing a new score for Jonah Lindstrom’s short film “Truth or Dare.” Other noteworthy collaborations include campaigns with Addias, Chromat and HBO.

"I found my home on queer dance floors, as an artist i'm fuelled by this love for that home, where some of the most magical moments in my life have been shared, I have been captivated by the curators and engineers of those spaces, as an artist I want to embody that very essence, which translates into my colourful camp aesthetic, my high energy performances and my distinctive sound of pop, disco, soulful house beats and R&B edits, the story of my identity is what rings true in my sets. Dance music has a rich history of queerness and blackness, my artistry is a homage to that magic." 

Hailing from Londons fashion scene, he has been heavily influenced by the culture.
