JSPR is a Rotterdam based producer who you might remember from his earlier release on Manual Music's latest Manualism compilation on which he teamed up with Reinier Zonneveld to bring us the track titled 'Flat'. His first solo effort 'A Duck, Boys and Girls' was featured on the most recent 'Tour The Traum' compilation and now he's back with two fresh solo tracks, making his debut on Manual Music's MNL imprint.

The title track 'Rosy Bee' is a groovy little number built around dreamy harps and soundscapes. Loopy yet very infectious, not in the last place because of the immensely funky bassline this song contains. 'Journey Through Shadows' takes things in a more classic tech-house / techno direction. Moving yet deep and mysterious packed with effective stabs and loops. It doesn't matter if you're a progressive-, tech house- or techno DJ; JSPR delivers two cross-genre tracks suitable for a wider audience!

JSPR - Journey Through Shadows

Vincent Leijen is a talented young producer from The Netherlands who describes his style as a blend between old school house elements and various techno influences while keeping it all very danceable. With 'Melusine', his first release within the Manual family, Vincent shows his more warm and melodic sound. A record that will appeal to both progressive house as well as (melodic) techno DJ's that comes in two versions; the slightly more mainstream original and a dub version in which Vincent has stripped away the more trancey elements from the song. Pick your favorite!

Arno Motz is a producer from The Netherlands who has been playing drums and guitar since an early age. When he discovered Ableton a couple of years ago a whole new world of possibilities opened for him and he was hooked, quickly resulting in numerous releases on various underground labels like ADRO Records and Callote. 

His never ending creativity results in a unique blend of choppy almost minimalistic-like beats and percussion arrangements combined with warm and sometimes roaring synth melodies, all very dance floor friendly, full of energy and full of drive and a proper doses of funk.

'King Of Clubs EP' is his debut within the Manual family. Have a listen and discover the awesome talents of Arno Motz!

After a few releases on various Labels like "Sick Weird Rough", "ReWashed", "Speca Records" and others, Cortechs has finished the first album production "The End Justifies The Means". This Album will be Released through his regular label "Machine Box" on 22. Nov. 2011.

Beside original productions Cortechs is often asked to do remixes for other Artists like Mark Morris, A. Trebor, Niereich to name a few. Always in exchange with other musicians the collaboration with Niereich starts, results are released on "TK Records" and "ReWashed". Further projects are scheduled.

*DJ and producer from Stockholm, Sweden.
Joel Mull's career spans over three decades. With a background studying classical music, singing in choirs and playing in bands, Joel found electronic music at a young age as a source of freedom. His first experience came from DJ’ing in the chill-out areas of rave parties in his native Stockholm during the early 90’s.
With his roots from Germany, Hamburg, he moved to the city in 1994, and worked as a resident DJ for 3 years at one of the biggest techno clubs in Germany, Unit Club. This was an important period for him and as a DJ; It taught him how to control the energy of the night on the dance floor, from warm up sets to 10h marathon sets.

With releases on music labels worldwide along with Cari Lekebusch, Robert Leiner, Adam Beyer and Jesper Dahlbäck he counts to the first wave of Swedish techno producer who became known around the world as the "Swedish techno sound".
He has produced over 100 releases and under various names such as Icarus, Gotzkowsky and most recent under his alias Damm.
He often refers to himself and his craft as a sound architect, and if you’ve ever experienced his club sets, you’ll understand why.
Under his ambient and electronica alias Damm, Joel revives one of his earliest aliases and expands upon this discipline even further.

*Also knows as "Damm" with his latest ambient release on A Strangely Isolated place.
