Für unsere Ahnen war der 21. März ursprünglich der Jahresanfang, den wir ab 15:00 Uhr in einer feinen und privaten Runde an einem magischen und fantastischen Ort zelebrierten möchten.

Ein Highlight des Tages wird eine schamanische Kakao Zeremonie sein, wer daran teilnehmen möchte, sollte bitte mindestens 4h vorher nichts mehr essen. Zwischen 16-17:00Uhr beginnen wir dieses tief spirituelle Ereignis.

Musikalisch wird der Tag von einem DJ begleitet, neben Trommeln und Klangschalen dürfen gerne eigene Instrumente mitgebracht werden für eine gemeinsame Jamsession.

This new RISE Breathwork journey focusses on courage: the moment you are ready to face your fears and transform your life. These sessions are dedicated to shift your state of being so you can rise to your full potential!

This video is part of the Unalome Series, inspired by my album Unalome. In Buddhism, the Unalome symbolizes the path to enlightenment. The album is based on the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, where each track reflects a different state of being. The journey builds from lower states such as courage and letting go, toward the higher states of love, joy, and enlightenment. For every track, I created a unique breathwork practice to guide you into that state.
