This new RISE Breathwork journey focusses on courage: the moment you are ready to face your fears and transform your life. These sessions are dedicated to shift your state of being so you can rise to your full potential!

This video is part of the Unalome Series, inspired by my album Unalome. In Buddhism, the Unalome symbolizes the path to enlightenment. The album is based on the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, where each track reflects a different state of being. The journey builds from lower states such as courage and letting go, toward the higher states of love, joy, and enlightenment. For every track, I created a unique breathwork practice to guide you into that state.

It is my mission is to make transformation accessible and help you integrate breathwork in to your day to day life. This is a reminder to all of us that courage is never outside of us, but always available within. Let's connect to that. In this practice, you’ll move through cycles of conscious connected breathing (activation) and retentions (relaxation) guided by my track Fahasa.

What to expect in this session:
• 13-minute guided breathwork journey
• Two cycles designed to connect you to stillness and peace
• Soundscape featuring Fahasa
• A practice to connect to yourself 
• Accessible to all levels — no prior experience required

Wearing headphones is highly recommended — they help you stay in your own bubble and fully immerse without outside distractions.

You can do this session sitting or lying down in a comfortable, undisturbed space.

Breathwork Instructions

This is a connected breath practice — no pause between inhale and exhale.
• Inhale: Belly & chest expand
• Exhale: Belly & chest fall
• Breathing in: Mouth (more powerful) or nose (gentler)
• Breathing out: Mouth
• Each cycle includes dynamic breathing followed by two retentions (~45 sec after exhale, then ~45 sec after inhale).
• You may feel tingling, changes in temperature, or mild muscle tension — these are normal effects of breathwork.
• If overwhelmed, return to gentle breathing in and out through the nose (focus on prolonging your exhale).
• Always listen to your body and never force anything.

⚠ Important Contraindications

If you have a history of psychosis or epileptic seizures, this practice is not for you.

If you are currently pregnant, please listen closely to your body. Only participate if it feels right for you — and do not perform or hold any of the breath retentions.

If in doubt, consult your physician.
