Initially soft and soothing, but with the uneasy suggestion of a panic about to break through….
Mad to create a new world on top of the old, it is a mathematics cut from the soul. Bass and drums, sometime the snare in there; the deep evening whole soul meaning

Jim Basnight has been a presence on the Northwest music scene for more than 30 years. Dubbed the next big thing in Seattle music with bands like The Moberlys and The Rockinghams, Jim has continued to perform as a solo and with different groups as the big time passed by, but he's always been a giant presence throughout the Northwest. Still performing almost every weekend somewhere....this never ended up on any of the two records our collaborations appear, but is one of the best songs and performances of jim's from that period.
