It was my honor to play this extended set for the inaugural 'Back to Home' installment at Beacon, Denver following David Hohme. So much incredible energy in that space!  I now find myself sharing this mix, resonating in the after glow of the 'Super Flower Blood Moon' Eclipse. It is a true gift to be called upon to curate these moments, a gift to be shared with all of you.

It's our flagship event we've done on playa since the first OT in 2003. It's the night that most encapsulates our Vision and intentions to be a mass joy generator. I picked this slot, going on before Carl Cox, to have the latitude of the early start to start deep and ramp up the energy, before bringing it down a bit for Carl to take over. That means restraint and flow, with emotion moments getting pulled back into groove and steady beauty.

As always, it was a magic night and I thank you if you were there dancing with us!

📍Recorded at Selva Armonia for Envision Festival in December, 2022

🌴 About the mix: This mix was recorded during sunrise in the jungle at Selva Armonia as the mellow luminescence of the morning permeated the panoramic view of the Uvita coastline. It brings in organic, afro, and many other deep emotive melodies and sounds, often layering live strings and exotic instruments over the top. I hope that it inspires joy and excitement during our collective journey to Envision Festival 2023.
