// Smell of Your Rot
“Smell of Your Rot” is about breaking free from the chains of psychological abuse. The song is told from the point of view of a woman who reconnects with her soul in order to take back control of her sense of self after years of living under the control and oppression of a coercive partner. A symphony of metal guitars and classical strings set the scene for this triumphant moment of liberation — which can be likened to waking up from “a deep restless sleep lasting years and year long”. Finally, she sees everything in the world in a completely different light.

// The Album
'Trust No Leaders' is a record that weaves a voyage through heavy metal history — from its roots in the New Wave of British Heavy Metal up until present day, fusing heavy metal with their signature ‘poetry performance’. Set against orchestral and cinematic soundscapes, the record also pays tribute to non-Western musical traditions, including Native American and South American folk music, Vedic chants, and Indo-Persian classical music. The lyrics bring together elements from modern theater, classical Persian poetry, to Jungian Psychology and theology. 

Commenting on the motivation behind Trust No Leaders, 
TCOMAS: "Our inspiration extends beyond musical genres and the confines of discipline.The confluence of influences in our album extend throughout time and across cultures. In retrospect, this really captures our ethos: Look back into the past for insight, and look into the future with foresight. And in doing so, we created something new of our own."

Landing about 15 months after their debut album Full Spectrum, the duo’s sophomore LP expresses a more aggressive side to the band and was recorded last summer at TCOMAS’ studio in Camden Town, London.   

Discussing the new album’s motivation, TCOMAS:
"The current crisis and the events of our time have made it necessary for us to analyse, investigate, and expose the issues in urgent need of systemic change by looking inwards into the human condition. We want the album to be a beacon of hope, for making a future that prioritises people and the environment."

Hailed as ‘pioneers of a new form of expression’ through the performance of poetry in music, The Chronicles of Manimal and Samara (TCOMAS) are a UK-based duo comprising Daphne Ang (Singapore) and Andrea Papi (Italy), who came together in London in early 2020 to record their debut album, Full Spectrum, released on 26 Feb 2021. Breaking new ground in the way they combine progressive music, poetry, and vision, TCOMAS fills a gap in music by bringing literature, theatre, and history, fusing rock and metal, with poetry performance. Rois Carolus, chitarrista romano, Bluesman d'eccezione, dalle sonorita' che si rifanno alle atmosfere psicadeliche di fine anni '60, compositore dallo stile graffiante, vanta una vastissima produzione musicale e un' intensa attività live. Tra i suoi più celebri brani possiamo citare, "Tieni Alto Il Love", "I'm A Holler Man", "Free", "He's Coming Back" e "The Red Salt Blues".
Tolo Marton, chitarrista, armonicista e compositore trevigiano, inizia la sua carriera nel 1968 con i Blues Matter, per poi cambiare varie band sino al 75, anno in cui entra a far parte della band Le Orme, con la quale incide l'album "Smogmagica".
Solista dal '76 con l'album "The Blues Won't Go Away".
Nel 1988 ottiene il successo internazionale vincendo a Seattle negli Usa, il Jimi Hendrix Electric Guitar Festival, ricevendo il premio dalle mani di Al Hendrix, padre di Jimi.
Ha partecipato a numerosi festival esteri e italiani, e nella sua carriera ha avuto la possibilità di suonare sullo stesso palco di 
B.B. KING, BUDDY GUY, JEFF BECK, E I BLUES BROTHERS. Ha inoltre collaborato con Jack Bruce e Ginger Baker dei Cream, oltre che con Roger Glover, bassista dei Deep Purple.
Una carriera straordinaria, un incrocio di Rock, Rock Psicadelico, Country e Blues...una vera e propria leggenda.
