It starts with percussion and bass run through a remixer. Circular sounds soon fuse with the original beat before Irregular Synth experiments with a variety of synthesized instruments. This versatile anthem would be ideal for any large festival or nightclub. It could also appeal to many filmmakers for soundtrack.Rum &amp; Drum (Christian Cambas Remix) is a little spookier than its original track. Playing with symbols to create a circular sound, Christian Cambas toys with muted audio tracks and synthesizers to add distortion. The intensity of the song hits its peak after clear human vocals are used, commanding the attention of the listener. With samples from hip hop artists, this song would be an especially great fit for dance clubs and radio. Techno Room begins with a throbbing bass. The percussion picks up with almost a wood-block sound. Soon, a synthesizer is used to complement the drum track, increasing in speed and volume. With its ¾ time, the listener gets the sensation of being on a train, its groove putting the listener into a relaxed, trancelike state. For the most recent chapter in the Opia Records story, the Swiss label turn their head to Christian Cambas, a Greek producer who’s already repped esteemed labels such as 1605, Great Stuff and Gate Null Recordings. A techno head to the core, Cambas reminds us of his undoubted talents on the ‘The Other’ EP, an electrifying listen that will move even the most stubborn of dance floors. 
The action gets going with the title track, which is a relentless, energy-laced track that builds and builds throughout, all the time leaving the listener on the edge of their seat. As the intensity builds, so too does the sharp kicks and the hissing snares. Eventually, it all culminates in a dark and twisted voyage to the more discerning side of the electronic music spectrum. A more than solid club weapon, this one has ‘peak time at Berghain’ written all over it. 
On the flip side to all this we have a remix from Axel Karakasis. Karakasis is a veteran of the Greek techno scene and a man who’s been putting his own stamp on the genre for some time now. His remix is essentially a subtle interpretation of the original, and one that sticks out from the pack thanks to its many driving motifs and its uncanny ability to stop you in your tracks. A cracking set of tracks whereby each compliments the other, the latest Opia record truly is a joy to behold.

It is time for Greek Techno legionnaire Christian Cambas to make his Pornographic debut and he has brought two distinct flavors to the table in this EP.&nbsp; The title track is a total curveball, bringing cut-up MC snippets to the forefront and letting a stomping drumset pave the way to mass infection.&nbsp; Things are very different on &#8220;Multiple Truths&#8221;, where a haunting riff emerges through layers of distortion and manipulated percussion, as the steamroller that is the rhythm section rattles every ribcage in sight.
