Sunday morning, the most beautiful sunrise, after almost a whole week in the desert. It was been the coldest night so far, I remember setting up my gear, nervously hoping it wouldn’t let me down, when the sound-technician came up to me and said, "We might have a problem, there’s a storm coming!“. I turned around and saw a huge dark wall of sand reaching up to the sky, rolling into our direction.
I started playing anyways, and somehow the storm merged together with the lyrics of my songs, and changed their meaning. It had been the roughest condition I ever played in, and it really was a special one. Thank you for that experience!

The Chapel of Dancing Shadows is a space of contemplation, meditation, wonder. It is a communal space serving as art gallery, refuge, and sound bath. The 8-ft walls are covered in delicate drawings— the first 12 images of a developing 150-plate series of works composing Maria Kreyn’s Codex, an allusion to an invented creation myth. The ceiling is an elaborate CNC cut structure, creating the feeling of an arabesque lace canopy. From it hang detailed rafters and a collection of wind chimes, as an ode to the sounds in the temples of Myanmar.   

"As a child, I doodled. As an adult, the images have evolved into a complex universe in their own right-- a surreal, yet classically inspired world of fantasy, illusion, spatial bending, and mythology. The images are meanderings through the labyrinths of the subconscious. They gesture at a creation myth of an invented civilization, at the beauty and aesthetic of pattern making in the human mind--both visual and literary.  As this body of work evolves, the images find new outlets, new homes, new media to participate in. Making their debut as the walls of an immersive installation (The Chapel of Dancing Shadows), they are now available to enjoy in a smaller, more intimate print form, closer to their original size.”  -Maria

Es gibt einen Ort im Weltraum, der wahrscheinlich bei der Eroberung der unendlichen Weiten zum Touristenziel schlechthin wird. Dieser Platz wird auf ewig mit den Worten „That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind“ in Verbindung gebracht werden. Der Landeplatz der Apollo 11-Astronauten im „Mare Tranquillitatis“, wo Neil Armstrongs „kleiner Schritt“ deutlich machte, dass Menschen in der Lage sind alle Hindernisse zu überwinden.
Besonders farbig ist die helle Mondoberfläche nicht, aber die Landschaft wirkt dennoch atemberaubend, da sie einen krassen Kontrast zum tiefschwarzen Weltraum darstellt. Der Mond besitzt somit eine ganz eigene Schönheit, die mit unseren irdischen Maßstäben nicht beschrieben werden kann. Mit wenig Reizen wird hier ganz viel erschaffen. Ein faszinierender Platz an dem für Äonen „Eindrücke“ der Geschichte bewahrt werden, bis sie von uns wieder entdeckt werden. Ein Hort der Ruhe und des Friedens.
Damit wir nicht noch Jahre Sehnsüchtig auf die Rückkehr zu diesem zauberhaften Ort warten müssen, hat Maikind für uns die Atmosphäre dort mit seiner deep story eingefangen und für uns alle eine mental-musikalische Tranquility base geschaffen. Hier können wir uns fallen lassen, um von seiner Musik aufgefangen zu werden.

Born in Asturias (North of Spain) has been a music passionate since birth. in 2011 he moved to Turkey where his sounds got an important influence. Was in 2013 when he moved to Berlin immersing himself into the underground scene finding the soul of his music style. Now based in Madrid is one of founder behind Ruhetag sessions.
He loves spherical sounds, groovy bass lines, fat beats and infectious melodies. This young DJ and producer from Spain knows how to stand out in the electronic scene through continual experimentation with a subconscious harmony through rhythm, melody and movement.

Pascal and Marcus - two boys one passion - Wild und Verwegen

The paths of the former solo artists crossed at a party in 2013.
Till then they just knew each other from flyers. They started to chat and share their idead about music. It quickly became clear, what the two interconnects, is their love to make music. In the course of time a friendshiep grew and this was the foundation of a mutual project.

The first set was recorded "zwischen 1 und 4" in the UBZ-bar Naumburg. This set was a guide and the boys decided to think big. The next four years were filled with numerous gigs in well-known clubs like the "Palais" in Munich, the "Damenhandschuhfabrik" in Leipzig or the "Nachtcafe" in Leipzig.

The combination of Techhouse, Techno and a hint Hip Hop in the playlist of "Wild und Verwegen" characterize their style. Pascal and Marcus know how to enthuse the crowd. They make their mark with harmonious melodies, fancy vocals and with that certain something in their performance. Therefore they stand out from the common crowd.

Wild und Verwegen find inspiration in masterpieces of neighbouring labels like Katermukke, Dirtybird, Heinz Music, Stil vor Talent, Supdub and Mo's Ferry.

In 2016 the guys decided to start producing their own songs. Thereby "Wild und Verwegen" can live out their individuality.
The way Pascal and Marcus write their baselines, use synthesizers and choose the structure is one of a kind.
Uncountable hours, long nights and many talks with chummy producers later the first finished track hit the desk - and this is just supposed to be the beginning.
Due to the close cooperation with a Munich based label, the next projects are already beeing lined up.

Paint a colorful picture of expression and joy with the boys.
