Tracktober 011: Constellation in C minor at 124 BPM (Sketch, Unfinished)

Day 11 of my Tracktober challenge 🎃 — every day this month I’m writing and posting a track sketch. These are works-in-progress (WIP), not finished mixes (I only put max 2 hours into each one!) — the goal is to practice showing up daily, experiment with new ideas, and share the creative process openly instead of waiting until everything is “perfect.”

• Concept: Collab! My DJ/Producer friend Aleki sent over a loop! 
• What I practiced: Acid synths, sequencers, composition, drums, learning new pluigins 
• Imperfections: Needs more bass movement…wish i had time to make that a bit richer. Also, I need to get better at hi hats! 
• Influences: I’m not sure about this one…

Joey with the Mustache is a New York-based DJ and producer. He crafts exceptionally happy house, disco, and electronic music. Joey can be found playing in top NYC nightclubs, the queer haven of Fire Island Pines, and around the USA (Burning Man, Chicago Market Days, Halloween New Orleans).
