Connect yourself to the deeper you, and the whole of the universe through a relaxing meditation. 

This 30 minute track features a binaural beat of a 9hz alpha wave for the first 9 minutes, then goes into a 3hz theta/delta wave to initiate a trance like state for the next 10 minutes, the next 6 minutes go into a 1.5 delta wave to energize and recharge the body. Then proceeds to spike up at 7.7 hz, and goes back to 9hz to leave to mind awake, but relaxed.

This track also features a soft intro piano, a rainforest with birds, wind, soft uplifting music, bells and chimes, a light drumming, sitar by Kaiho, and a relaxing stream of water over rocks.
