The composition, like life, smoothly maneuvers between happiness and sadness, hope and fear, joy and anger, to ultimately provide peace and strength. As a result, the author of the mix wants to convey that beauty can also be found through speed and darkness, behind which there is hope and the pursuit of happiness. This is an expression of oneself according to the principle of 'a lot, fast and strong', that is: a lot of emotions, fast dancing and strongly melodic. Enjoy!

This is the first episode of NAX Invites, a monthly series where artists will showcase a different side of their sound through carefully curated sets. This is a space for contrast and personal storytelling. Each mix is meant to evoke a journey and reveal an alternate musical identity. On the first hour, I will present a mix from myself, followed by an introduction to the artist and his mix. 

For the first guest mix, I welcome @m3str - a talented artist from Portugal, co-owner of @analytical-convenience from Porto. He has delivered a beautiful hour of driving sci-fi sounds. 

Special mention to Yannick, an artist based in Amsterdam who will be providing his micro-photography work to accompany this concept. ( IG: @vibestrakt )

NAX Invites 01 - M3STR

Madrid-based DJ and selector Phranem blends sci-fi textures, dub influences and deep grooves to craft hypnotic and forward-thinking techno sets.
Influenced early on by labels like Ostgut Ton, Axis or Blueprint, he began sharing his music collection in 2017 and has since played at venues across Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, and Tbilisi.

Energetic, introspective and rooted in tradition — this is the sound of Phranem.

The first hour comes from myself, followed by Phranem's guest mix on the next hour.

This over-an-hour-long mix is more than just relentless kicks and distorted synths - it’s a raw emotional transmission, a sonic diary written in 155 BPM. Built in the unforgiving framework of schranz and hard techno, it charts the fragile, beautiful, and brutal evolution of a human relationship. It opens with cautious hope - soft tension, distant echoes of warmth, the kind of optimism that quietly whispers 'this could be something'. It flows into a euphoric high - a rush of passion, novelty, and shared discovery. But as the ride intensifies, the cracks begin to show. Joy and understanding start dancing dangerously close to fear, sadness, and emotional chaos.
Eventually, the storm settles - not into calm, but into cold. Indifference creeps in. The warmth dies. What once felt eternal becomes hollow. Yet even in this sonic winter, there’s a flicker of longing. A whisper of what was. The final beats carry the burden of unfulfilled hope - everything or nothing. No middle ground. No compromise. 'This is another mix I prepared for MWTG. As always, it features a fresh, energetic dose of atmospheric grooves and hypnotic techno. On the tracklist are some of my favorite producers: ANNĒ, Chlär, DJ Dextero, Rethe. The whole set is a carefully selected blend of pulsating rhythms, deep textures, and hypnotic spaces that capture the spirit of my sets'.

Piotr Konieczny, also known as Pierre Rough, is a DJ from Wrocław and an emerging music producer. He is a graduate of the @instytuttechno of Sound, where he gained a solid theoretical and practical foundation in music production and engineering. Pierre Rough developed his mixing skills under the guidance of the experienced DJ and producer known as @r_ethe. This collaboration allowed him to refine his craft both technically and artistically, which is reflected in the ever-increasing quality of his sets and productions. Although his career is just beginning to gain momentum, he already stands out for his passion for music and his consistent efforts to develop his own style.

Global Vibe Radio 442 Feat. Juliet Fox

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on why I chose electronic music—especially coming from a background in flamenco guitar. For a while, I kept asking myself, What exactly is techno? But I’ve come to see that this question leads away from the truth rather than toward it. Now I ask something simpler, more personal: Why am I drawn to this sound? Each track gives me small, wordless answers—fragments of what I’ve been feeling, seeing, thinking. It’s not about genre or how it might sound to others. It’s about translating lived experience into sound—unfiltered, emotional, and real, in a way that captures the emotional imprint of my recent life, moment by moment. Freedom has always been precious to me. I feel most free in the mountains—especially standing before the twin peaks of Ushba. That mountain means something very real to me. It took the life of my friend this year—a true Svan, a pure Georgian soul. I’ve never met anyone like him.The best Mountaineer, freerider and skier, a man of extraordinary dignity, someone who would open his home to anyone. He was one in a billion. This mix is more than music to me. It’s not a project or a product—it’s everything. A personal imprint of all I’ve been processing: grief, awe, beauty, and a longing for something beyond words. In that way, it’s not something I made. It’s something that revealed itself.

About Tresor Berlin
At midnight, on March 13th 1991, a basement door opened at Leipziger Strasse 126, Berlin. Through this door, many passed, on their way to defining new terrains in electronic music. There they found a dance floor in the vaults of a closed-down department store, with a unique sound bound to dense fog, building night after night a history that was also a vision of the future.

This history has seen in Jeff Mills’ first sets on three turntables, Underground Resistance's first live appearances in Europe, grandiose Tresor Park parties, to various chapters of the Loveparade with Sven Väth in the 90s and since then countless generation-spanning parties. These moments represent the highlights of infinite personal clubbing experiences. It is the manifestation of the Berlin spirit, emerging from its considerable strife. This history is not without its complications - from temporary closure by the authorities and several raids in the early years to closure and demolition of the old location in 2005. What followed was years of wandering in exile and, finally, resurrection in the new home in Kraftwerk Berlin.

These stories, conversations and shared experiences within our walls forge a resilience that drives towards a shared ideal, the Tresor sound: community, resistance, and the world to come. This was observed in the newly re-unified German youth, who danced and celebrated together from the club’s inception, and into the present day through ongoing community work in Detroit.

To those that have danced before, and to those that will dance in the future: the light at the end of the long Tresor tunnel is a signal. A flicker amidst the fog. This is our future. This is our place.

For the third episode of NAX Invites we welcome Malauva, an up-and-coming producer and DJ based in Madrid. With releases on labels such as Malaonda and STAMM, he is also a co-founder of Escaparate, a collective that gives visibility to emerging artists and curates the Gazpacho nights at Madrid’s iconic Sala Specka.
His sound gravitates around techno but is defined by its versatility. For NAX 03, Malauva delivers a powerful and immersive mix, full of energy and flow from start to finish.

A relentless force in the underground, Batman has been shaping dancefloors since first stepping behind the decks just at his 16. Rooted in the raw power of Acid Techno. 

His early sets at CROSSED in Szczecin propelled him onto some of Europe’s most iconic stages, from London’s legendary 414 in Brixton to Union in Vauxhall, as well as countless free parties across the UK’s rave underground. Over two decades, his sound has shifted from fierce 303 driven intensity to deep, hypnotic grooves that captivate and transport. 

Along the way, he has shared the booth with scene heavyweights including Sterling Moss, Aaron Liberator, Patrick DSP, Bad Boy Pete, Billy Nasty, Jeff Amadeus and more cementing his reputation as a true torchbearer of the underground spirit.

Fast. Impulsive. Techno. Three words to establish and define what the artist known as Egotot is all about. The young musician, hailing from the deep south of Germany, sets quite the pace when it comes to his vision of electronic music, regarding both tempo as well as quality. His beats, be in the studio or in the DJ booth, appear to come and arrange themselves seemingly with no effort. A Rave-infected sonic testing ground without ever feeling like a simple Rave pastiche. A vision of Techno that is obviously inspired by its sound of the 90s, but neither exceedingly aggressive, nor excessively happy.

Egotot has a special taste for rugged, up-tempo grooves which demand their own time to breathe and reveal their power. A sonic all-purpose weapon to be used on, for, and by the dance floor. However, his sense for music doesn’t stop at the edge of dancefloor-oriented Rave. It goes far beyond, right to and through the sometimes more and sometimes less subtle tides of electronic music.

This exemplarily reflects in his very own imprint, Schimmer Records, which he founded in 2019. The label has, in a rather short period of time, already evolved to a sonic reservoir of all different shades, all of which share a commonality – quality in production, love to detail, and an undeniable appeal to avid devotees of electronic music of all kinds. 

There is nothing confusing about Egotot’s take on music. It is clean-cut, it is straightforward, it is always effective. The Industrial clout, the fast groove, the merciless rigor – this is how Techno should sound in the 21st century, and Egotot is its perfect avatar.
