Solid Steel in association with Serato (29th May)- In Hour 2 we welcome Dexter to Solid Steel. A veteran of the Dutch electronic scene with releases on Clone, Rush Hour and Ostgut Ton, he delivers a mix that's heavy on the funk and electro with some upcoming and unreleased music from the man himself. He told us this about the mix; "Not too much difficult arty distorted stuff. Of course none of the tracks i had in mind ended up in the mix, it went the same way as when dj in clubs: on the fly and moving from left to right touching all kinds of different musical areas. Not so much of todays house and techno this time as it kinda starts to bore me at the moment (but that can be different tomorrow). All in all a typical Dexter mix i'd say.”

This week on Techno Is Our Religion we bring you an exclusive mix from Toxic D.N.A // Dani Kaiblinger. Another mind melter for you all to enjoy.

Toxic D.N.A is a female producer and DJ from Austria. Born near Lake Constance on 30th June 1980. She lives in Vienna, Austria.

Her musician way begans when she was 6 years old. She started to learn how to play the flute. After the basics she went to a school of music. She learned the skills of following instruments: Clarinet, Saxophon, Guitar and Piano. She was member of an orchestra and played in a Jazz Band.

Meanwhile she started to produce the music she touched the most. Since 1993 she is listening to Techno. For her music production she works with Ableton 9 and Fruity Loops 20.
She signed her first release EP titled "Visions" on Techno Addicts Records, 15/10/18.

She is Resident DJane in a monthly podcast for Techno Connection UK Underground fm and played many other Podcasts, mostly on FNoob Radio. In her mixings she makes a symbiosis between the music of the 90s and current beats. 

Her top priority is to transfer good feelings and make people smiling.

New Frames, but well-known names: Mathis Mootz aka The Panacea (of DnB fame) teams up with fellow Berlin resident David Frisch on their latest endeavor, obviously inspired by the thriving techno culture of the German metropolis. Both historiographic account of rave culture and very much a production of its time, the duos DJ-and Live-sets are as versatile as they are intense. From Dark Industrial Techno to Breakbeats to Neo-Schranz and Post-Gabber, all combined in absolutely flawless production (which is not much of a surprise considering the people behind the music) that bears enough ammunition for dancefloors the world over.
