Podcast 119 brings a brilliant recording from French artist named Jeremie Kagan, a 25-year-old producer from Nantes, right near the French west coast. Jeremie started off in 2014 focussing primarily on psytrance and still does, however not much later he decided to shift his focus to the realm of techno, which is now a side project of him. As he self-describes, this transition made him melt a more melancholic atmosphere with hypnotic and mental grooves. 

The almost 2-hour recording that he has put together for us expresses all of this. One can expect a truly immersive journey that will seemingly grasp away your perception of time.  Enjoy the ride.

Essential Guide To Delirium Records 1993-1994

Lawrence Dunster, better known by his pseudonym Pounding Grooves, is a London techno artist. He has also released under a number of other names such as Lawrie Immersion and Crusty Mills.

Dunster's music career began at the age of 16 as a guitarist and songwriter in several bands with which he toured all over Europe. However, he increasingly turned to electronic music and released his first techno records in the mid-90s. The success of his releases made him a sought-after DJ and live act worldwide.

Dunster has already released over 150 records, both on his own labels Pounding Grooves, Routemaster Records, Patten Play, Fresh Grind, Shark and Fukt, but also on numerous others such as Fine Audio Recordings, Planet Rhythm, Tortured, CLR, Countdown 2000, TechnoPassion, SUF, Subvert, Max/Min, Hydraulix, Smitten and Compressed. He made remixes for well-known artists such as DJ Rush, Michael Burkat, Digital Primate, D.A.V.E. The Drummer and Steve Stoll.

In 2000 he founded the mastering studio Curve Pusher and a year later the vinyl pressing plant Curved Pressings.
