This is my first mix of Acid and Hard techno since my last party at Nuclear Free Zone in 2008! It was done for a Techno Radio show on 27th of July 2013. This mix includes 10 new, promo tracks.

All other tracks have either appeared on my Record Label (Getafix Records) or are my tracks on other record labels (Stay Up Forever; Routemaster; Bang On; DPIM etc.) I hope you enjoy the mix, and please download, share, and repost.

Hard Techno

Benji303 is a UK based Acid/Techno DJ & Producer, you can catch him regularly performing DJ and live sets all over Europe - whether it be a club night, festival or a free party.

Constant hard work in the studio for over a decade has resulted in an influx of releases coming out on vinyl and digital on labels such as Stay Up Forever, Cluster, RAW, Acid Test, Flatlife, 303 Alliance, Hive, Avinit, Interstate One, Stompin' Ground, Dirty Sound and Chase Yer Tail, to name a few.

His tracks have been played and supported by the likes of Freddy Fresh, Chris Liberator, Mark EG, The Geezer, Pet Duo, Aaron Liberator and many more.
Benji also runs his own vinyl label 303 Alliance which is going from strength to strength and is fast approaching double figures.

He also runs a second sub label called Alliance Digital. Finally, a new project is in the pipeline for the near future called ‘Sonic Iration’ - a Dub & Reggae infused Acid Techno label (with Jah Scoop AKA The Geezer).

To celebrate, they’ve opened the vault for a handpicked group of artists from the label’s 20-year history. Each artist will sift through thousands of hours of music to create a definitive, mix of their all-time favourite Anjunabeats releases. 

On 1st October, Kyau & Albert deliver the tenth mix in the series. 

“We met Ralph Kyau and Steven Albert at ADE in 2002, and immediately recognised kindred spirits. They’d been running Euphonic since 1997 and had some really exceptional artists signed to their label, such as Mirco de Govia and Ronski Speed. Their records were well-made, mixed perfectly, and even mastered in-house. That relentless quality control has always been a hallmark of everything they do together, and when a new Kyau & Albert sound emerged in the late naughties—slower, chunkier, groovier—the whole world followed. With their own imprint doing so well they have little need for Anjunabeats, but we like to have them come stay once in a while: “Velvet Morning”, “Kiksu”, “Glühwürmchen" and “Anphonic” are all Anjuna classics. They work tirelessly to build and maintain the trance scene in their homeland, and we tip our hats to their dedication and commitment.
