Individual Tempo, often stylized as "I.ndividual T.empo"or "I.T. Boyz" are three talented individuals by the names of Eric Fisher from Northampton, VA, Cody James from Los Angeles, CA, and Traymond Miller from Apple Valley, CA. These three minds together make what they believe is, "Soulful R&B with a laid back hip-hop bounce to "IT"." They feel everyone should feel their "IT", which they push in there different styles of music. These three individuals met in the United States Marine Corps through mutual friends.
