I am a songwriter and producer that has worked on many different projects over the years. My first professional project was in 2001 when I joined vocal harmony group FY8. Later in my twenties, I joined producer, Alfie Cole as one half of Songwriting & Production team, Dirty Princess (see bio below):

Dirty Princess Productions are a songwriting & production team based in Bristol, UK. The team was founded by Ettan Bazil and Alfie Cole in May 2005.

Dirty Princess develop new artists, handling all elements of production from writing and producing the album to photo shoots, video, websites & MySpace. We then source labels and broker deals on behalf of our artists.

In addition, we also handle external production projects, write with other writers, producers, artists and teams, and spend the rest of our time placing our existing catalogue of Rock, Pop, RnB, Dance and AC songs.


In 2006 we placed numerous songs, co-wrote with name producers such as Jason Nevins & Jody Wisternoff, and concentrated on expanding our catalogue of material. 

In March 2007, we signed an exclusive deal with MCS Music Publishing (Now called Conexion Media Group Plc.) - to develop new talent signed to their rosta. 

In November '07 our co-write with Jody Wisternoff (Way Out West), "Starstrings" was released on Dirty Soul. Since then it has gone on to be signed by Ministry Of Sound and Hed Kandi, and features on numerous '08 compilations.

Starstrings was eventually signed to Hed Kandi and released as a single and on 12 compilations. It has recently been re-released as part of Jody's solo project. 

Since Dirty Princess, things have been pretty quiet for me on the music front but I have continued to write songs and hope to produce and release (for free) an album soon.
