John is the author of the 'Unleash Within’ series of personal development books and creator of the innovative integrated programmes that supports these books. He is also the founder of one of Norfolk's leading hypnotherapy clinics the 'Norwich Hypnotherapy Practice' where he works one to one with clients.

John has trained extensively in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), TFT (Thought Field Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Provocative Therapy, Transactional Hypnoanalysis, Psycho-cybernetics, Neuro-Associative Conditioning and Psychotherapy. John has developed and tested over the years a unique formula for change that encompasses the best of these disciplines which he has integrated in all of his programmes.
 



John is a Meta Master NLP Practitioner and Trainer having trained extensively with the worlds leading hypnotist Paul Mckenna and the creator of NLP, Dr Richard Bandler whom he is personally recommended by and personally licensed to train NLP to master level. He is also trained to an advanced level as a clinical hypnotherapist having gained his qualification from The International School of Analytical and Cognitive Hypnotherapy. He is a member of the Hypnotherapy Association, the National Council for Hypnotherapy and UK Hypnotherapy Register. He is also a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.

John has regularly assisted Paul Mckenna on his UK seminars on NLP, hypnosis, weight Loss and phobia elimination. He is one of the few consultants in the UK to have been regularly referred clients from Paul Mckenna's company. John has recently featured on the BBC’s lifestyle programme 'Make My Body Younger’ helping a client to overcome binge eating and drinking.

John is also an Advanced Thought Field Therapist and Trainer having trained extensively with Dr Roger Callahan, he is able to offer Voice Technology™, the most innovative and accurate TFT methodology for diagnosis and treatment of problems. John is personally recommended by Dr Roger Callahan who personally wrote the foreword to John’s book 'Unleash the Slim Within’. John is a member of the British Thought Field Therapy Association, the British Complimentary Medicine Association and the Association of Thought Field Therapy.

John spent many years as the Principal Tutor of the East Anglian Institute of NLP and Hypnosis, a leading training school that is accredited by the NCFE to provide nationally recognised vocational qualifications in Hypnotherapy and NLP. John has, over the years, trained hundreds of people in hypnosis, NLP and TFT.
