Atomic drop (AD) is the combined creative force of James Anthony and Ken Barrett . Together they sonically sculpt deep, rolling and filthy Electro House that fuses all the best elements of dance. Coming from the sound and scene of the UKs capitol and South East their sound is next level electronic dance music for 21st century party people…. accessible to dance floors the world over.&#13;

The fresh sounds of Atomic Drop have seen the band share the stage with artists as diverse as Underworld, Faithless, Tinnie Tempah, Booka Shade, Sub Focus and Myles Dyson and play, at arguably some of the best events, festivals and productions the world over. AD proudly headlined the Main Stage and Arcadia Stage at the UK’s number 1 dance event – The Glade Festival and the world famous Glastonbury Festival.... Not to mention rocking it at this years ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event).&#13;

AD are currently signed to BigFish recordings and Bazooka records and are permanently busy working on their new club cuts for releases on labels like Burn the Fire, Sufer Rosa and LOT49 throughout 2012.

I make Original music off the cuff and rarely write anything down,vocals are usually done in one take and the words are usually improvised,this means The tracks can be started and finished in a few hours,I also do the odd remix from time to time,there are film/tv and sci-fi influences in my music,and it has been described as atmospheric,moody,and at times darkly comic,,but can also be uplifting and upbeat.I find the process cathartic and a mental release and treat it only as a hobby.If you have taken the time to listen,I thank you very much.(please no Ads I don’t crave attention)
