New sample,

A little experimentation with the StolperBeats, accompanied by a drone sequencer from the A4 (Elektron). The XPO runs through the SSF Entity Bass and then into the A-103 VCF, creating a stretched sawtooth wave over long durations—an immersive layer with the QPASS and some FM voices. The kick comes from the Perkon, the bass from the SSF ULTRA KICK, and the small percussions from the Entity Drum and Mutant Machines…

This patch is mainly focused on the drone—I wanted to sample it.

My name is Genis, and I am a passionate musician who has been developing my unique sound for several years. From a young age, I have dedicated myself to mixing and composing, particularly within the realm of electronic music and its subgenres, while also exploring various genres across the musical spectrum.

Throughout my journey, ambient music and its diverse expressions have played a significant role in both my listening and my compositions. My aim is to share a piece of myself through my music, conveying my most personal emotions.

For the production of this live set, I utilized recordings I have gathered over the years, along with post-productions created specifically for this occasion, VST synthesizers, digital audio workstations (DAWs), and a variety of sample recordings. I also incorporated digital controllers into the set.

Yakuza (Japanese: ヤクザ, IPA: [jaꜜkɯza]), also known as gokudō (極道, "the extreme path", IPA: [gokɯꜜdoː]) are members of transnational organized crime syndicates originating in Japan. The Japanese police, and media by request of the police, call them bōryokudan (暴力団, "violent groups", IPA: [boːɾʲokɯꜜdaɴ]), while the Yakuza call themselves ninkyō dantai (任侠団体/仁侠団体, "chivalrous organizations", IPA: [ɲiŋkʲoː dantai]). The Western equivalent for the term Yakuza is gangster, meaning an individual involved in a Mafia-like criminal organization. The Yakuza are notorious for their strict codes of conduct, their organized fiefdom nature, and several unconventional ritual practices such as "Yubitsume". Yakuza members are often described as males with heavily tattooed bodies and slicked hair, yet this group is still regarded as being among "the most sophisticated and wealthiest criminal organizations."
