Freedom of movement. More are entering than leaving and that causes demand for housing and other services, which causes in the destruction of land used to build new houses. I like Eastern Europeans. But what benefit to this country is this increase in the human population? I cannot see how the increasing urbanisation and commercial exploitation of this land benefits anyone other than the rich. The wealthiest person in my region is a house builder. I do not understand why it is "racist" to want to resist this. Can freedom of movement be pegged so there is no net increase in the population? G Galloway has said that if you see Britain from the air then you would not say that it was overfilled with humans. Clearly he has not flown over London - once a small town. Are we just going to carpet this country with buildings fit only for human habitation? Many places in my region are subject to grandiose building schemes. Councils approve to get council tax revenue. It's not sustainable.
