I sent a demo of the song with the basic chord sequence to Torbjørn  and Jimmy in the hope they would consider joining me for another collaboration, Torbjørn to add his exceptional keyboards, Jimmy to write lyrics and provide his powerful and distinctive vocal, luckily for me they both agreed.

Torbjørn  and Jimmy’s contributions have lifted the song to a level way beyond my original demo, thanks very much for your outstanding work guys.

Triumph over adversity is the theme here, I think we can all relate.

I present for you a track i call ALONE. One of my favourite things in the world  is to be alone. Alone with my thoughts, alone on my xbox, alone with a good book, alone on a peaceful walk, alone playing on the piano . I can always engage with my family and friends after , but many in the world do not have that opportunity. 
For them , being alone is not something they choose, it is something they feel and being alone becomes being lonely. 
NO ONE should have to feel lonely in this world especially during the coming festive period. If you know someone who is alone and lonely , spare a moment and say hi . It can make a world of difference.
