Eternal Sunshine The song is based on the movie Eternal Sunshine of a spotless Mind
A couple meet on a train , fall in love and then go through a painful break up 

They then have a medical procedure to forget each other , to lose the painful memories of their break up

However the twist in the tail is they meet each other on a train again and history might repeat itself…

I tell the story in reverse order , it’s sort of Palindromic with their two meetings, playing with time and narrative.
