This song is about our home, Chester Vt, and the way even an Idyllic small town can have its battles. With Vermont in the news for its heroin problems, we thought we'd show both sides of the coin. The first verse speaks on what its like growing up, while the second paints a town trying to keep its identity while drugs flow in from out of state. As a recovering addict, I know all to well how hard it can be to overcome addiction. I will be throwing a show on December 27th in Chester with a portion of the proceeds going to Turning Point Recovery Center.
