Meet CLICKBAIT — Melbourne’s pocket rocket with hot hands and a dancefloor intuition that’s second to none. Renowned for her genre-blending versatility and infectious energy, CLICKBAIT seamlessly reads any room and delivers exactly what it needs, every time. Whether it’s a mainroom heater or an underground bass set, her connection with the crowd is immediate, electric, and unforgettable.
Rooted in her time immersed in the UK’s vibrant bass scene, CLICKBAIT developed a deep love for UKG and DnB, which now infuses her sets alongside her iconic sound of a sprinkle of playful nostalgia from '90s and 2000s hip hop, RnB, and pop. A staple of Melbourne’s queer nightlife, she holds down residencies at Poof Doof, Thursgay, and Pride of Our Footscray, while her house-driven sets light up iconic venues like Revolver, Pawn & Co, OneSixOne, and Storyville.
Now rising fast in the bass scene, CLICKBAIT has shared the stage with heavyweights including Wilkinson, Kanine, Metrik, Flowdan, Sippy, 1991, Inja, and Riot Ten. 2025 saw her debut at a number of festivals, including Beyond the Valley, The Dot, Touch Bass and Chillout festival. Her international sets span London, Manchester, Barcelona, Edinburgh, and a full European tour as a cruise ship resident DJ.
On the corporate and festival front, CLICKBAIT has performed at St Kilda Festival 2024, Sheilas Shakedown Queer Festival, the Melbourne Flower Festival, and events for brands, student unions, and product launches across the city.
Beyond the booth, CLICKBAIT is the founder of HYPERFIX, a fast-growing party and DJ initiative created to spotlight emerging talent, giving new DJs their first club gigs alongside experienced residents. HYPERFIX has hosted events at Ferdydurke, Whitehart, and Section 8, and has become a beloved launchpad for fresh talent in Naarm’s underground scene.
A passionate mentor and music educator, CLICKBAIT also teaches and supports neurodivergent artists as they navigate DJing and the wider music industry, helping shape the next generation of inclusive, community-first club culture.
