Celebrating 9000 followers on the Feinstoff Soundcloud we have a contribution from Stockholm's very own rising star Marcus Christiansen. 

With inspiration taken from Musumeci, Phunkadelica and Multinotes, Marcus set out to make a track that would fit his friend's label Magenta, hence the track's name. With Marcus' signature, tom fills and driving bassline Magenta was supposed to be a hybrid between Italo and the deeper melodic side of house music.

Raised on computer games, science fiction and hockey anthems. It's no surprise that Marcus' music sounds the way it does. Playful melodies in a futuristic environment are presented in a big way—like an anthem is supposed to. 

Marcus' dj-sets could best be described as a retrospective journey into the future, taking on a lot of inspiration from the 80s and 90s with a strong focus on Italo, Dark Disco and EBM, as well as Synthwave and a hint of Trance.

For this first collaboration, we decided to turn all Sound Systems of Südpol into analog instruments. Replacing DSP controllers with analog electronic equipment revealed the true power held within these unique DYI Club PA Systems.

This is the closing performance of the Techno Floor, Tuned using a Model 1 mixer, Elysia Xpressor, Drawmer DL241, 1974, 1968 and a Klark Teknik DN410.

We provide freedom through enhanced dancing experience. Our Instrument is the Sound System. Along the ride we gather Rave Heroes and unite for a better Future.
