Uncle Rainbow was the most popular club band going in Dallas Texas in 1976-77, packed the clubs 6 nights a week, had a great front man singer named Richard Oates, talented songwriter, Brent Bourgeois, who became a hit Gospel producer in Nashville at Word Records.

Description
Uncle Rainbow broke up in 1981, but has still remained friends, and came together in 2010 to raise money for Lead Singer Richard Oates' Liver Transplant. Richard has since passed on but the music of this great band will remain in the hearts and soul of everyone who experienced them.

Since 2001, I've been the piano entertainer onboard the Reno Snow/Fun train, the route of the California Zephyr, from Oakand, CA to Reno.  When I got the gig I asked Chris Caswell to write a kickin jazz swing tune about finding love on the rails.  He nailed this one.
