Barrio Manouche is a Gypsy Jazz Ensemble from the San Francisco Bay Area. It is Javier Jiménez's new project featuring many talented musicians also hooked on the Djangomania. Javier Jiménez (co-founder of Beso Negro), has moved on to a more authentic Jazz Manouche style letting his original influences from Madrid Spain twine with the spirit of Django. Barrio Manouche just got out of the studio with its new album "Detras de la Sombra" that will soon be released. Barrio Manouche is largely influenced by many : Django Reinhardt & Stephane Grappelli Hot Club Of France, Camarón, Paco de Lucía y los grandes del Flamenco..

Independent discographic label HITCHTONE MUSIC AND PROMOTION was founded in Zagreb (CRO) in 2015. 

The main goal of HITCHTONE MUSIC AND PROMOTION is the gathering of artists, composers, producers and performers and further growth of the distributional and promotional network encompassing all arrays of musical creation, with a stark emphasis on jazz music. 

Connection with an even greater number of independent individuals, labels and sub-labels and partnerships with other companies would eventually result in an increase of notability and therefore undoubtedly contribute to the connection of the contemporary local and global scene of independent music professionals.
