Now we've got a piece of his latest work for you 'Follow Me' featuring the lovely vocals of Liz Cass. 'Follow Me' is a groove-stew of cool bass and crisp percussion flowing freely over the dancefloor. Liz Cass' vocal lines grace the track and float beautifully between the different parts. John has captured the sound of his soul and put it in this track. Play it on a full dancefloor and watch the audience peak. John Monkman stands at the forefront of the global electronic music scene. Known for his dynamic performances and cutting-edge studio productions, Monkman has earned a reputation as both a live music pioneer and a master of sound design.

Affiliated with some of the most prestigious labels in electronic music, including Kompakt, Ellum, Beesemyer Music, Siamese, and Anjunadeep, Monkman delivered the spellbinding track Siren for Kompakt and collaborated with Pete Tong on Ecstasis for Maceo Plex's Ellum Audio. His releases, such as the Komplex EP on Anjunadeep and the versatile Tune In Turn On EP for Ellum, highlight his remarkable range. With two Beatport number ones—his remix of Solomon Grey's Twilight and his single Don’t Have to Be Beautiful—Monkman has further cemented his influence on the global electronic music scene.

Equally compelling is Monkman’s remix portfolio. His remix of U Love for Sasha’s LNOE 100th release, supported by Patrice Bäumel and Sasha, showcases his creative versatility. His rework of Space Date by Adam Beyer and Green Velvet for Drumcode demonstrates the respect he commands within the industry. Monkman has also been remixed by Moby. In 2023, he reunited with Pete Tong for an official remix of Duran Duran's Give It Up, marking another standout moment in his career.

On the live stage, Monkman’s impact is undeniable. He has headlined festivals like the UK’s Noisily Festival, brought his live set to the Ozora Festival in Hungary, and performed at the Anjunadeep Festival in Albania. His recent achievements include headlining Rainbow Serpent 2021. The debut of John Monkman: Live at Coachella 2018 with The DoLab was a pivotal moment, revealing his innovative approach to live performance.

The year 2024 has been a defining chapter for Monkman. His latest live show, Pulse, premiered in Paris through a collaboration with Collectif Scale, breaking new ground with its kinetic light art installation. Filmed in a Paris warehouse on July 6th, this show delivers an immersive audiovisual experience that pushes creative boundaries. In the same year, Monkman released Khord on Anjunadeep, followed by three singles—Vader, Roller Vox, and MAYA—on Beesemyer Music.

Liz is a London-based DJ, vocalist and songwriter. She has shared line-ups internationally with the likes of Damian Lazarus, Hot Since 82, Nightmares On Wax and 2ManyDJs. Eclectic taste, shaped by a colourful musical background, she seamlessly crosses into different realms in her sets.

As a songwriter and vocalist, her catalogue reads like a who’s who of electronic music, gathering over 20 million streams  worldwide, via collaborations with Nora En Pure, Matador, Jansons and Hot Since 82, to name a few.

Over the last decade, Liz has released over 50 tracks on dance music’s most revered labels under both her artist name and alias Pablo:Rita, such as Crosstown Rebels, Classic Music Co., Circus Recordings, Get Physical and Rekids.

After signing with Ultra Records/Sony Music as a solo artist, she released her debut album ‘The Words’ to critical acclaim, awarded 4* by The Times with weekly support from BBC Radio 1.  She has been interviewed for Wonderland, Clash and Notion and features in several music publication’s 2023 "Rising Star“ lists.
