After a series of successful releases on renowned labels such as Kompakt, Siamese, and Anjunadeep, Monkman strikes again with his latest track, "VADER." This powerful new release has been tried and tested on some of the world's hottest festival dance-floors, including Burning Man and Ozora.

"VADER" combines chunky synths with hypnotic, tight grooves and is enhanced by enchanting and otherworldly vocals. This track is set to captivate audiences and elevate the energy at any event.

The French-German DJs and music producers have been lighting up the dance scene for over a decade, combining the rhythms of their home country Germany with melodic house & techno.

Their father was a passionate trumpet player, which led them to make music, first with their rock band and then towards electronic music. This is how they created their own style of melodic dance music.

Their passion for music started early, as they grew up in a family with musical roots.

Based in Germany, Strobetek combines atmospheric melodies with the ethnic sounds of their home country Germany.

The duo stands out in Germany, as conflicts of taste are the catalyst for the oscillation between bitter analog techno and fascinating advances. Each Strobetek creation must have a deep character and soul, so they integrate a variety of ideas, emotions and algorithms into their creative processes. The overall experience is created by the analog sounds - a talent born from pure interest and anchored in the same genes (two brothers). Their goal is to take the dance floor on an odyssey through mirrored opposites.

John Monkman stands at the forefront of the global electronic music scene. Known for his dynamic performances and cutting-edge studio productions, Monkman has earned a reputation as both a live music pioneer and a master of sound design.

Affiliated with some of the most prestigious labels in electronic music, including Kompakt, Ellum, Beesemyer Music, Siamese, and Anjunadeep, Monkman delivered the spellbinding track Siren for Kompakt and collaborated with Pete Tong on Ecstasis for Maceo Plex's Ellum Audio. His releases, such as the Komplex EP on Anjunadeep and the versatile Tune In Turn On EP for Ellum, highlight his remarkable range. With two Beatport number ones—his remix of Solomon Grey's Twilight and his single Don’t Have to Be Beautiful—Monkman has further cemented his influence on the global electronic music scene.

Equally compelling is Monkman’s remix portfolio. His remix of U Love for Sasha’s LNOE 100th release, supported by Patrice Bäumel and Sasha, showcases his creative versatility. His rework of Space Date by Adam Beyer and Green Velvet for Drumcode demonstrates the respect he commands within the industry. Monkman has also been remixed by Moby. In 2023, he reunited with Pete Tong for an official remix of Duran Duran's Give It Up, marking another standout moment in his career.

On the live stage, Monkman’s impact is undeniable. He has headlined festivals like the UK’s Noisily Festival, brought his live set to the Ozora Festival in Hungary, and performed at the Anjunadeep Festival in Albania. His recent achievements include headlining Rainbow Serpent 2021. The debut of John Monkman: Live at Coachella 2018 with The DoLab was a pivotal moment, revealing his innovative approach to live performance.

The year 2024 has been a defining chapter for Monkman. His latest live show, Pulse, premiered in Paris through a collaboration with Collectif Scale, breaking new ground with its kinetic light art installation. Filmed in a Paris warehouse on July 6th, this show delivers an immersive audiovisual experience that pushes creative boundaries. In the same year, Monkman released Khord on Anjunadeep, followed by three singles—Vader, Roller Vox, and MAYA—on Beesemyer Music.

Continuously evolving as both a performer and a producer, John Monkman remains a driving force in the electronic music landscape, with his innovative studio work and electrifying live shows securing his position as a leading figure in the scene.
