I'm a Canadian musician, songwriter and producer. I write about songwriting, music history, & create demo videos, tutorials and tips for guitarists. 

On SoundCloud you will find demos of songs I've written/co-written, old music from my archives and a few surprises from time to time.

I started playing guitar in 1975, bass in '79 and began writing shortly after that. I've worked as a session musician, engineer and producer. 

I've studied classical composition and have a gathered a lot of experience through the the years that I'm always happy to share and bring to projects I am involved with.

 singer/songwriter and musician. she started at the age of two singing. At age five she began taking vocal lessons and progressed rapidly. While she was six she moved to a small town in North Carolina, as we searched for a good vocal instructor unfortunatly we could not find one. Sophia did not give up, She practiced what she learned and progressed even further. At age 10 we moved to Boston and found Bristol studios. There she went back into vocal lessons. she also took artistry development classes and a performance workshop. During this time she was invited to record a christmas song for a christmas album called Boston Kids Rock in the Holidays, the song she recorded is a remix of Mary Did You Know. It was released on Itunes, Amazon.com and Emusic.com in early December 2012.She performed in a couple of local shows around Boston. On her eleventh birthday Sophia recorded a remix of yeah 3x and a video with her freinds during her birthday party at Bristol studios. At age eleven she was contacted by Scott Goldberg a internet radio host at Jamcity America. He asked for an mp3, so he can play on his radio show for unsinged artist. Her song was played and she had an interview before and after the song. Around the same time Bristol studios invited Sophia back for invitation only Performance workshop 2. In March of 2013 Sophia finished writting her first original song and recorded it in April 2013. Sophia paticipated in a tribute to the Boston marathon bombing "Boston Reflects" by bristol studios. On July 4th 2013 Sophia's song Bad Boy made the top 44 on indie star internet radio. July 14 2013 Bad Boy was anounced as the # 1 requested song of all time on JamCity America internet radio. September 3, 2013 the official Bad Boy video was released and Jam City America radio anounced Sophia's Bad Boy song was still the # 1 most requested on thier station. She recorded a second single ,not yet released and just started recording her third single.  She continues to write songs, performs,and enjoys playing guitar.
