Evening, Wednesday, Black Rock City 2014. Led by Paavo and Tony of Above and Beyond, bathing in the lavender sunset, we practiced an hour of yoga with Elena Brower. We gathered, strengthened, listened and received the gift of quiet. We landed at home in our own hearts. This class reminds us that we are never alone, and that no matter where we are, we are on the path, and right at home.

Backstory:
Since making my GRAND ALBUM KNOWN AS PhonkyThoughts2 (https://soundcloud.com/VRSYJNES/PhonkyThoughts2) I had many ideas of what I wanted to do next. This was one of them.

I initially had this remix idea for years and finally tried it in February 2019. It sounded awful. Re-worked it back in May and it sounded a whole lot better, but then I got in my head and took time away from the scene.

During that time I was working on new music, new programs (sup Ableton! FL I love you long time) and figuring out a new direction for my sound. But fear not, I forever stay Tru 2 Tha Phonk, and this song is proof of that.

After the release off 'Everythinks A Ripple' in 2010 I put all the stems ( individual tracks off each track ) from the album on soundcloud to download. Producers then downloaded the stems and sent me remixes so i could choose the ones i liked and put them on a bonus CD re-packaged edition off the 'Everythinks A Ripple'. I had so many amazing remixes sent in but could only fit a certain amount of minutes on the CD. Thank you to everyone who sent something in. Appreciate the time and efforts

Surprise! Here is a brand new album for the final Bandcamp Day of the year.

This album is an anthology of the year's events. I had many things to be thankful for, but just like everyone in the world, I had many trials and tribulations. This is one year where we all have the SAME struggle, but yet it still was different in its own way. Re-live the madness of the first two lockdowns, the secret raves, the hope, and the silent victories. Don't get me wrong, my faith was rewarded after being tested for years, but I realised the Lord gave me grace more than I even deserved!

The title is “Elbow Spuds & Disposable Gloves” because for most of the year I have had those on to greet others. Handshakes are a thing of the past now - ＬＯＮＧ ＬＩＶＥ ＴＨＹ ＥＬＢＯＷ ＳＰＵＤ
