Long-time Nashville/Texas journeyman session guitarist Rick Gordon calls Robin Gunns’ work “the epitome of unique … it’s got bits of genius … and should be heard by a lot more people.  I recommend everyone have a good long listen” (ReverbNation). 

Robin plays in the NY area with talented local players, including his occasionally-assembled band, The Flesh Ripping Weasels.  Robin sings all vocals and plays all instruments on the recorded versions of his original compositions (available for purchase at RobinGunns.bandcamp.com).  Lead vocals on “Comin’ Up Hard” are performed by Isabella Strangelove.
