Finn has a quality to his voice which is able to release the magic from a song and really express the message of the song in the Vocal with passion and beauty, very happy to have this collaboration with him. 

this song has been bugging me for months trying to get it to realize its potential and to get the feeling out of the song, i have already released  it under of the name of " Searching for your love" but i was never 100% Happy with it I hope all my SoundCloud friend agree that this is now a really Beautiful song. I am delighted to have a opportunity to Collaborate with Liam from Default Sensor and Finn Eces on this track. Liam as well as playing bass on the track has been a constant source of Inspiration and Friendship since last March when we all got Lockdown and began finding other ways of communicating with each other. Liam is an amazing songwriter and musician please you can listen to more of his music @Default_Sensor and Finn as well as having an great voice is also a great songwriter and musician hear more of his music @Finn_Eces i want to thank both Liam and Finn for their huge contribution to The Evolution of Men. the song itself is about Our Evolution as Mankind we are evolving in one way but are we being blind by Financial considerations, are we forgetting about the Planet that we are borrowing from our children and future generations Evolution should be the solution to our continuing Pollution but can we see this....Hope you enjoy the song anyway ..

On my 18th Birthday i got a present of a Di Giorgio Nylon string Classical Guitar. It was made in Brazil in 1975 and i sourced some Black Diamond nylon guitar strings on line. The song Alone again Naturally was one of the 1st songs i learned how to play and i have been playing it ever since. Its is a timeless classic written by the Brilliant Gilbert O sullivan and here is my version...Just me and my beautiful Guitar ....Hope you like it Gilbert..

7am on a spring morning at Blessington Lakes in County Wicklow and all was still, suddenly i heard the most amazing sound that broke the silence, 2 amazing white swans flew out of the mist with such gracefulness and power it took my breath away,  i wrote this song to try and capture the beauty and style of these amazing birds.

Ballad For A Ballad Singer featuring Finn Eces

This is the story of Seagrave Tiller Hook and ladder 5211 who served with the Glencove Volunteers fire fighters  in Glencove, Long Island, new York from 1987 until 2011. when she finished service she was  bought by an Irish man called Liam Moore who has a passion for Fire Brigade and has quite a collection. He transported her from America to Ireland and this song tells the true story, or maybe a part of the tale of her travels from Glencove and her arrival here in Dublin. she is 56 foot long, 30tonne and has a 100f foot ladder, driven by a V8 engine and it was my pleasure to ride in her for a few hours with Liam.  Liam brings her to charity events and exhibitions to show her off and spend most of his time underneath or on top working on her. here is a youtube link to her arriving in Ireland, we will be putting a  youtube video for the song together in due course .

The story starts in  Glen Cove, long Island USA 
Ladder  5211 starts up  for her last day 
All the boys from the volunteers 
Could have filled up the water tanks with tears,  
They didn’t want to see her go away 
But they knew she had done her stint and that she couldn’t stay 
So they gave her a big send off and sent her on here way 
flashing lights and sirens blazing 
they all said their good bye that night
from the Station to the docks there wasn’t one dry eye in sight

She’s 50 foot from front to back and he keeps her very clean 
She came all the way from Glen Cove City in the USA 
Now she’s parked in Liam Mores driveway and she’s here to stay

With the sirens on and flashing Lights it’s the only way to go .

Raphael Muhr is a very talented German composer and he sent me the music to this track Beidh rath ar Éirinn and asked if i could come up with some lyrics We have been working on this song for a while now and in the end decided to go back to the 1st Version which had the feel that we liked best . So here it is. The original version of the song is on Raphael's page ..link above . thank you Raphael for giving me this opportunity to write the lyrics and sing your very beautiful song.  

This is an Anti-war song, set in Ireland during 1916 Easter Rising and referencing  the song "When Johnny comes Marching home" , except in  many cases Johnny didn't come marching home. The story in the song is told from the eyes of a woman who is standing in a station waiting for her beloved to return but in her heart she knows that isn't going to happen. This song is dedicated to all the people in the Ukraine fighting for their homes, their freedom and for their Lives to let them know that we are praying for them and that we support them in their struggle for freedom.

Sleepless Nights

The message in this song is that there is strength in numbers, one voice by itself may not be heard, but a million voices must be heard. One raindrop by itself is lost but when million come together they form the mighty seas. I wanted to get a live feel from this song so i recorded the vocal and the guitar live in 1 take on my Zoom X5 then transferred the WAV file to the DAW where i put in some atmospheric voice synth, some acoustic Bass and some percussion. its one of the longest songs i have recorded as i generally believe that most people won't listen more than 3 minutes but hopefully there is enough in here to keep interest,  i really hope you like it and to help here are the words.
