re-recording of the song that kicked off writing primarily blues.    my voice, knowledge and equipment are all so much better I felt I needed to redo this one.   its about the things that keep a hard working blue collar man from getting ahead

this is a revision of a song I wrote late 2023 with no experience trying to make a country song ( so nothing changes changed lol)  but better producing skill and some country guitar lessons as well as actually getting a telecaster, this needed to be done the right way.      But that's what this song is about.     If you want something to happen you have to make it happen. Things don't just change by themselves.

At sometime in our lives we let go of things that meant the world to us and focus on goals and bills and things we have to do.   Growing up.     As we get older sometimes we think back and miss those simpler times.
