It’s amazing what a $10 adapter will do.  Now I can play directly into the amps on GB.
This is an evolving instrumental idea.  
The last version I posted here was with guitars recording through an open air amp into the audio of the IPad.  It’s a game changer to be able to cut out all the extra noise.  I need to keep working on my mix.  I’ll probably play bass on some future recordings, but it’s effective and faster to just go with the P Bass on GB.

Mood Ring

This a new idea I wanted to put down 1/17/23
It will eventually have a bass line basically like the moving guitar line.  I may even double the line with bass and guitar.  
I’m thinking about lyrics and a melody line. 
I’ll have to come up with another section.  This will either be the chorus or a verse progression.  Not sure yet.

The Brew 1/17/2023

I use this to warm up a lot.  It forces me to really concentrate on where I am on the neck.  I like the blues groove, and it helps me on string skipping.  I’ve never played much lead.  I played bass or rhythm guitar.  I’m figuring some things out and work to improve.  I’ll at least need to have a few guitar tricks when I play live.  This is the intro to a song that I’ve written but not recorded yet.  “Man in Mississippi” was written in the Fall of 2022.  This is a song that I imagine will evolve over time.  It’s blues in A.  There are a lot of possibilities.
