But time itself, just breaks the bars.
The cage is built, of what I've seen,
A constant fight, a bitter scene.
But still, a whisper, soft and low,
Says, "You are strong, and you will grow."

Too many tragedies, not enough for me
stronger than before, with just a side of PTSD 
Though shadows linger, I'll stand tall
Until the day, the battles cease,
And I can finally, find my peace.
