Here is my set from the legendary Planet Love festival in Northern Ireland. We hosted a stacked Subculture arena which was buzzing from the start. The weather was slightly against us but the tent was full to the end! Thanks Belfast, and thanks Planet Love!

I LOVE TRANCE MUSIC, UPLIFITING TRANCE, TRANCE OLD SCHOOL FROM 2002 AND 2007, PSY, HARD TRANCE AND SOME STUFF. I´M ALWAYS SEARCHING FOR NEW LIVE SETS AND DISCOVERING SOME AMAZING NEW DJ'S.  THE ELECTRONIC SCENE IT IS CONSTANT TRANSFORMATION!

It all started from the tender age of about 10, hearing songs such as 'binary finary - 1998' and 'system F -out of the blue' that first gave me an insight into trance and EDM.
It was the upbeat, uplifting feel and the journey that a trance song is structured that really made me a lover from day 1. I always remember being asked at a year 6 parents evening with my mum
what music i like and my reply was 'music with no singing in it' - clearly not knowing what it was called back then i used to listen and be completely taken away by this new thing that wasnt like anything else that anyone 
was listening to, it was unique and it seemed like my own secret genre. 

Growing up acouple of years i continued to listen to EDM, but still not sure of my exact style or even genre. I would buy CD's such as 'hard house nation' and 'extreme euphoria'
looking for the spark that trance gave me, obviously still not looking in the exact right area, but i was heading in the right direction. It wasnt until i purchased a 
'trance nation' cd that i realised this is what im looking for and this is what genre im now going to persue.

Coming up to around 14 now i had my first look into the 'club scene' so to speak, well i say club scene but it was basically private partys and weddings etc, my uncle had bort a full 'Mobile DJ setup' and
was doing mobile discos and used to take me with him to to help him set up and keep him company. This was my first look at all things DJ. I dont even no what equipment he had but they were basically antique, 2 belt driven turntables
with a built in mixer, 2 cdplayers rack mounted into a homemade 'box' with a mixer bodged onto the top and a bunch of pop/soul/60s/70s/80s vinyl. Although this wasnt what i wanted to do and wasnt my style, this was were i got my first feel for
dj'ing and this was what sent my mind thinkin and looking into more.

It was over the next few years that i started looking deeper into things. Listening to Judge Jules's Radio 1 show and taking note of the tunes i liked so i could download them after. At this point i still had never actually tried to mix trance
but i was definately ready for a go. It wasnt until october 2007, while having my annual holiday in ibiza that i came across a trance bar in the west end of Ibiza called Tropi. It was in this bar that i got very friendly with the irish resident
DJ, Jonnie Graham and the bar manager Oscar. I stayed in the bar literally all holiday watching jonnie and taking tips from him, while having a little go while it was quiet. It was harder than i thought and it uses much more technical ability than i realised.
But i stuck with it, and left ibiza with a complete new outlook on what i want to do with my life. So i went home, saved some cash and purchased some cdj's and a mixer, i had american audio cdi-500s and a behringer djx-700, not industry standard, and nothing like what i had used in ibiza.
But i was patient, i read books, watched countless videos on youtube and eventually was starting to see progress. 

Moving on to 2011, i had a few years experience in my bedroom so it was time to take it out to the public, so i saved some cash, booked a 1 way flight and went strate to ibiza and strate to see my mate Jonnie who was still resident in Tropi. We got strate into the madness and went back to back
for the rest of the night, we absolutely rocked the place. So much that the manager of the bar then offered me a residency with jonnie. It was amazing. I got to go back to back with the likes of John Ocallaghan, Vicky Devine, Neal Scarborough. Ibiza 2011 was literally unreal!!!

As Ibiza closes in October it was soon time to come home, back to work, back to normality. But 1 thing didnt change. My love for fast, driving, uplifting, tech trance was bigger than ever. This is when i contacted some of the underground night here in Grantham trying to get a set and it wasnt until i 
contacted the UGS team that they gave me a shot and i got to showcase my new skills, and the rest is yet to be continued.... :)
