Because last year's specially extended Afterdark proved to be so popular with all of you, Markus has striven for the community again by creating a 4 hour edition of the themed mix this year. Now that we are into December, it's time to commence our annual year-end celebrations. 2021 has been another year in which leaning on music has provided an invaluable means of escape.

Since the feedback to this approach was so positive last year, I've decided again to spread our annual Year in Review over the next two episodes, in an effort to highlight the incredible melodies and feelings which have resonated throughout the past 12 months, across the broad range of genres we enjoy.

Armada Music Trance Year Mix - 2021

This week's broadcast marks the continuation of our year-end celebrations, with part 2 of Markus' extensive Year in Review for 2021; containing a selection of his favorites across melodic trance, techno and uplifting.

Next week, Markus will deliver a special 4 hour set for Afterhours FM's End of Year Countdown celebrations on Wednesday, and another 2 hour portion of his recent open to close solo set experience at Stereo in Montreal on Thursday. The year will round out with our traditional year-end dose of nostalgia and emotions, through the annual Classics Showcase.
