This is the latest single from my upcoming album Ember. I've never self harmed, but I wrote this song when I was in a really dark place emotionally. I didn't want to shy away from the imagery I talk about in the song when I created this video. However, I don't want it to seem like I am romanticizing suicide or self harm. There are always other options even when it seems like there aren't. Turning Leaves is the first single from the dreamy bass/vocal EP "Sharpen" by Woozles. Sharpen is going to be released on February 10th via Deadplant Records. It was heavily inspired by World of Echo by Arthur Russell and mastered by Warren Hildebrand (of Foxes in Fiction).
