MAKO Girls have been making waves in the industry while building their brand since 2013. The Urban Pop Girl Group known as MAKO Girls, (Mimi, A-Ni, and Kena Ochoa) are West Indian descent sisters from East Atlanta. This triple threat trio was originally inspired by TLC and Mindless Behavior. Over the years MAKO Girls have established a distinct genre – crossing sound comparable to artist like Kehlani, Doja Cat, and Normani just to name a few. On their journey of the MAKO TakeOver, their “Ain’t Thinkin’ Bout You” music video has been featured on MTV  Spankin’ New and they have opened up for major artist such as Ashanti, Ja Rule, RSVP, NEXT, 2 Chainz, Chubb Rock, and Dondria Nicole. Along with live performances throughout the United States, MAKO Girls also hit stages overseas in Bahamas, London, and Jamaica. With their growing audience of nearly 2 million followers, MAKO Girls are well on their way of entertaining the masses.
