Greg Gow is one of Canada’s most accomplished electronic musical talents with a growing presence and impact at home and across the world. He regularly brings his unique sound and performance excellence to premium venues across four continents. The award-winning producer and DJ consistently pushes the boundaries of his art, with his hypnotic sound, a skillful hybrid of soulful Detroit techno, marinated in the diverse flavors of his Toronto roots. 

There are haunting echoes in Greg’s music to the sounds of legendary world techno pioneers Derrick May, Kevin Sanderson, and Carl Craig, all of whom are his musical mentors and his abiding inspiration. Greg’s track “The Bridge” was instrumental in re-launching May’s iconic Transmat label, and his releases on Sanderson’s KMS took the techno world by storm at a pivotal time. Multiple collaborations have spread his penetrating sound to other leading labels, including Radioslave’s Rekids/ RSPX, Steve Bug’s Poker Flat, Christian Smith’s Tronic, Adam Beyer’s Truesoul, and Dubfire’s SCI+TEC.

Since 2001, Greg’s own label, Restructured Recordings, has pushed deep, funky,
driving melodic techno from artists such as Mateo Murphy, Samuel L Session, Ian
O’Donovan, and of course, Greg himself. For over three years he has produced and distributed a well-received monthly podcast series. This Is Modulations, features recordings of live sets as well as studio mixes.

Beyond his studio prowess, Greg is one of Canada’s most respected techno
ambassadors, regularly playing alongside other behemoths of dance music. He has starred from coast to coast in each of Canada, the United States and Mexico; from the top to the tip of South America; and widely across Europe and Asia. Global highlights include The BPM Festival; Output NYC; Movement Detroit; Movement Torino, Italy; Watergate Berlin, Ushuala, Ibiza; Club Space Miami; Creamfields, Dubai; and Club Air Tokyo; among many more. 

On his home turf, Greg has a residency at Toronto’s Vertigo, highlights at Montreal’s Stereo, and appears frequently at many of Canada’s premiere festivals like Electric Island. Greg’s track I Knew Techno, released on his Restructured Recordings label, won the 2023 Juno Award in the Underground Dance Single Of The Year category. These prestigious awards presented annually by the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences to recognize outstanding national achievements in Canada’s music industry.

Aerotek Recordings, an underground digital music label founded in late 2012 by Rolando Hodar based out of the Southwest, United States. It's primary mission is to release material that is unlike the norm and trend, but rather differentiate themselves from it. This multi-techno genre focused label is determined to providing the advance music listener with a unique balance and different variations of techno, while still maintaining its raw, defined image in the underground sounds of dance music. This always has been Rolando's niche and he is committed to translate this into Aerotek's releases and tailored sounds. Aerotek has featured world renowned DJ & Producers in the lifespan of their releases, from the likes of D-Unity, Luis Flores, Andy Notalez, Forest People, Israel Toledo, TKNO, DKult, Axkan, Anthony Jimenez, TWIST3D, DaGeneral, plus many more. 

Aerotek has also had the privilege of co-hosting its highly successful after-party during Movement festival in Detroit 3 years running, at the famous 'The Works' venue, called ‘Evolve’, alongside label partners, Sub÷Divizion and Omen Recordings. Have been playing music some years ago in the best discotheques, clubs and events in Gran Canaria, some clubs in Madrid and Bilbao (Spain), and after having been away from the music world for many years, he returns to the music scene as a producer as well., having signed his first arrangement with Irma Records and GNE music, and he just sign his first contract with Sunexplosion Records. In this moment he regent two channels in Soundcloud and Mixcloud, his B2B space and his Superdeep channel and he just be resident in Live Radio and Easy Groove Radio. He is also superior technician in creativity and advertising techniques and Art Director. 


His musical styles began with House and Garage, until today where he develops in all styles within house (deep house, tech house, progressive house, melodic house, etc) some techno, downtempo, organic, etc.

Growing up in a musical family, John Vilotti was embedded with harmonic tendencies early on when he learned to play the piano as a kid. Mostly self taught, he realized he was drawn to the melancholy styles of classical composers such as Bruckner, Stravinsky, Rachmaninoff, and Beethoven just to name a few. He began writing and composing music of his own but as he grew older, his pursuits in music fell to the side with school and work becoming a priority. Then, in his early twenties, he was exposed to techno, house & other forms of electronic music that re-ignited his urge to produce and be involved with music again. He quickly developed an obsession with the darker, melodic styles of house and techno with a nostalgic passion that took him back to the classical soundtrack of his childhood. Conventional thinking would have many saying the genres are worlds apart, but John will quickly argue with anybody that there are more similarities between the two, and that both electronic and classical music explore the full range of human emotions. He believes that in either context a single composition or track can enable a listener  to go on a journey that other music styles fail to evoke. To John, electronic music is just a modern version of classical music using the advent of technology. It is this acute musical understanding where he continues to pursue his passion for music as a young, but formidable DJ where he’s proven to be a leader in San Diego’s underdeveloped techno scene.  Even within a modest time span, John has garnered attention from both the local scene and established veterans throughout Southern California’s electronic music community. With a monthly residency at San Diego’s Tech-House & Techno event - Techniche, plus key guest appearances at a growing number of venues and events, John Vilotti has become a modern conductor for electronic music’s new compositions.
