Every sin is the result of collaboration. One such perversion that we at Saved Records will be reckoned by come judgement day, will be the excellent new collaboration between Martin Eyerer & Markus Homm. A dream-team concocted in the fires of the underground, we are proud to unleash this formidable pairing for the very first time. As far as we are concerned, it’s well worth crossing the big man for!

“East Cost / West Coast” is deep, rolling techno with plenty of drive. Surging bass drives the track along with cylindrical synths firing with mechanical repetition. Lulled into a hypnotic groove which is exaggerated by distorted vocal snippets, suddenly the track explodes with more weight and cranking mechanics to create a jacked up soundscape. Owing it’s dub-like atmospheres and ghetto-funk attitude to each cost in equal measure, the tune encapsulates the sentiment of the USA’s underground.

“The Duke” is more stripped back, relying on punchy beats, a driving bass bassline, skipping cymbals and squelching synths. The atmosphere is deep, dubby and intense, initially letting the listener settle into its pace before indulging in swirling FX work to create a trippy but heads down attitude.

Sur les tables tournantes, comme dans la vie, Jonathan Giroux, est un artiste méticuleux, passionné et débordant d'énergie. Il propose à son auditoire un voyage stupéfiant dans le monde du Techno Progressif Underground. Le tout à un rythme effarant avec un son explosif, d’où il tient son nom : BazOoKa Djo.
Sa relation avec la musique Techno débuta vers l'année 2005 à l’âge de 24 ans. Il fût trainé de force par un ami dans un afterhour. Ce qui fut un véritable coup de foudre avec la musique électronique en tout genre, mais plus particulièrement avec la musique Techno, Hard Techno, Progressif Underground. Ce n’est que quelques années plus tard, soit en 2012, après avoir écouté d'innombrables heures de musique et avec les encouragements de plusieurs personnes de son entourage qu'il débuta comme Dj. Tout le monde voyait en lui un talent certain pour cet art fabuleux.

Avec l’aide et le soutien de ses amis, notamment Deep Trance, Dj kärl k-otik et Dj AtomikGate (pour le côté musical), Maxime Émard et Daniel Dorion (pour le coté promotion et informatique www.bazookadjo.com) ainsi que de sa fabuleuse épouse, Jennifer Mc Caughan, son rêve est devenu réalité. Après plusieurs mois de perfectionnement et d’entrainement sur les platines, il a joué dans plusieurs événements privés. Bien qu’il ne soit qu’au début de sa carrière, il est maintenant fin prêt a attaqué les clubs, les afterhours et les événements publics.

Son inspiration lui vient de plusieurs styles de musique, notamment le Techno, Hard Techno et Progressif-psy. Il donne un spectacle digne de ses idoles, comme Mark Sherry, Sisko Électrofanatik, Dax J, Hell Driver et plusieurs autres. Il fait vibrer sa foule à des rythmes allant de 122 BPM à 140 BPM! Nous lui souhaitons la meilleure des carrières et continuons de le surveiller!
